Reestocks Return Policy

At Reestocks, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read the following terms carefully:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  2. To qualify for a return:
    • The item must be in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
    • The item must be unused and free from damage caused by the customer.
  3. Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Personal care products, undergarments, and hygiene-related items.
    • Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" in the product description.
    • Customized or perishable goods.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Log in to your Reestocks account and go to the "Orders" section. Click on "Return" for the item you wish to return.
  2. Pick-up/Drop-off:
    • We will arrange a pick-up for eligible locations.
    • For other areas, you may be required to self-ship the item. Shipping costs for self-shipped returns will be reimbursed as per our policy.
  3. Once the returned item passes our quality check, your refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as Reestocks store credits.
  2. Processing times:
    • Refunds to original payment method: 7–10 business days.
    • Refunds as store credits: 48 hours after quality check approval.
  3. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective item:
    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs/videos of the issue.
    • We will either replace the item or provide a full refund after verification.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for items of the same model, size, or color, subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated within the return window.

Important Notes

  1. Items returned without authorization or beyond the return window will not be accepted.
  2. Reestocks reserves the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet our return criteria.
  3. Our return policy complies with Indian consumer protection laws.
