Reestocks Return Policy
At Reestocks, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward return policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Please read the following terms carefully:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery.
- To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- The item must be unused and free from damage caused by the customer.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Personal care products, undergarments, and hygiene-related items.
- Items explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" in the product description.
- Customized or perishable goods.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Log in to your Reestocks account and go to the "Orders" section. Click on "Return" for the item you wish to return.
- Pick-up/Drop-off:
- We will arrange a pick-up for eligible locations.
- For other areas, you may be required to self-ship the item. Shipping costs for self-shipped returns will be reimbursed as per our policy.
- Once the returned item passes our quality check, your refund will be processed.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or as Reestocks store credits.
- Processing times:
- Refunds to original payment method: 7–10 business days.
- Refunds as store credits: 48 hours after quality check approval.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs/videos of the issue.
- We will either replace the item or provide a full refund after verification.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only available for items of the same model, size, or color, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within the return window.
Important Notes
- Items returned without authorization or beyond the return window will not be accepted.
- Reestocks reserves the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet our return criteria.
